Join Academy Estate Consultants, a privately owned Building Consultancy specializing in the education sector, focused on creating inspiring and sustainable spaces.
Remuneration: Starting salary £30,000 - £50,000 per annum, with an annual bonus scheme, car contribution, pension, and holiday package (22 days + bank holidays + Christmas closure). Additional benefits include progression opportunities, chartership support, company social events, paid business travel expenses, and salary sacrifice schemes for electric/hybrid cars and cycling to work.

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking intermediate Surveyors/Project Managers to oversee procurement and delivery of a variety of construction, mechanical, and electrical projects, including new builds, fire door and cladding renewals, HVAC systems, electrical upgrades, fire alarm replacements, laboratory refurbishments, and drainage replacements.
Responsibilities include project management, contract administration, and acting as an employer’s agent, primarily for education clients. Tasks involve feasibility studies, condition surveys, defect analysis, measured surveys, specification writing, site inspections, meetings, progress reporting, and financial monitoring. Senior roles with additional responsibilities are available based on experience.
