North Kent Colleges Group is seeking a proactive Technician (Building Services Engineering) to support the Plumbing and Electrical Installation teaching team at its Tonbridge campus. You will prepare sessions, maintain equipment and manage materials, working closely with lecturers to deliver practical demonstrations.

The role is based at Tonbridge campus, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum, with a salary of £25,429 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 plumbing qualification.
• Good health and safety knowledge.
• Experience using power and machine tools.
• Strong communication, organisational and IT skills.
• Supervisory experience and A1 Assessor/V1 Verifier qualifications are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide practical and technical support across Plumbing and Electrical Installation.
• Prepare sessions, maintain equipment and manage materials and stock.
• Support demonstrations and conduct risk assessments.
• Maintain safe and organised workshops and act as safety observer during activities.
