Sadler’s Wells is recruiting a Building Services Technician for a full-time role in London. You will work with a small team alongside the Building Services Supervisor to maintain, repair, and install building systems.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, checks and inspections of electrical and mechanical systems, keeping records, diagnosing faults, and supporting emergency procedures. BMS knowledge and a customer-focused approach are valued.

Formación

• Experience with building services and large-scale systems.
• Familiar with reactive and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Good record-keeping and fault-diagnosis abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out routine maintenance, checks and inspections on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and faults.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults to restore operation.
