Job summary

Qualifications

• Substantial practical experience in commercial plumbing and building services maintenance.
• Relevant plumbing, mechanical or building services qualifications.
• Full clean driving licence for travel between sites in the UK.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional presentation on-site and to clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance across commercial building services assets.
• Respond to reactive works and client requests across several sites.
• Diagnose faults on plumbing, mechanical and related building services systems.
• Repair equipment and pipework in line with site requirements and safety standards.
• Support other trades and team members as required.
• Obtain specialist components, fixtures or fittings.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Create maintenance procedures.
• Manage materials, tools and consumables responsibly.
• Escort, coordinate and supervise subcontractors with RAMS, permits and client requirements.
• Develop knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services and their interaction with general building works.
• Familiarize with EWC policies and ISO system of works.
