Warwickshire County Council is seeking a supervisory officer to oversee the upkeep of its premises. The role involves managing cleaning and caretaking staff and contractors, ensuring buildings are opened and closed on time, and maintaining safety and security across sites.

Shifts run from late morning into the evening with weekend overtime and on-call standby every fourth weekend. A valid driving licence is required and the post-holder should live within twenty minutes of the site for emergency

This supervisory post oversees the upkeep of Warwickshire County Council's premises, including the cleaning and caretaking staff and contractors who work on them. The work centres on opening and closing buildings on time, keeping sites safe and secure, and carrying out routine maintenance. Shifts run from late morning into the evening, with weekend overtime and on-call standby every fourth weekend, and a mobile phone is supplied. A valid driving licence is needed, and the post-holder must live within twenty minutes of site for emergency call-outs.
