Job summary

Red Bull Technology is seeking a Building Services Project Manager to deliver construction and building services projects across the campus. You will oversee mechanical, electrical and BMS systems, provide technical leadership, and ensure handover in line with business needs.

The role combines project management with specialist Building Services expertise, collaborating with stakeholders, consultants and contractors from concept to handover.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering UK building services projects from feasibility to handover.
• Strong leadership of mechanical, electrical and controls disciplines.
• Ability to review supplier designs and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as Building Services lead within the Projects Team for M&E matters.
• Scope, develop and manage Building Services packages on projects.
• Deliver projects within budgets, programmes and quality standards.
• Support design reviews, commissioning strategies and handover activities.
