Job summary

Red Bull Technology is seeking a Building Services Project Manager to deliver mechanical, electrical and associated building systems across the Red Bull Campus in the UK. You will lead projects from concept through handover, providing technical leadership and ensuring standards and safety are met.

• Strong understanding of building services systems and their design.
• Experience delivering Building Services projects in the UK.
• Knowledge of design, installation, testing and handover processes.
• Ability to review and coordinate consultant and contractor designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Building Services packages across projects.
• Provide technical leadership on M&E matters for the Projects Team.
• Oversee lifecycle from feasibility to handover and commissioning.
• Develop scopes and budgets with stakeholders, and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with standards, legislation and safety.
