Our client is a growing main contractor based in Glasgow who builds award-winning projects across the Central Belt. Due to increased workload, they are seeking to appoint a building services manager to their team.

Your new role

As Business Services Manager, you will be a key part of delivering complex building projects from preconstruction to final handover. Starting from tender, you will engage with the client's supply chain and project stakeholders, ensuring the M&E elements are managed effectively. You will coordinate and manage M&E aspects on-site and in the office, working closely with the operational team. This role offers a stimulating challenge and career progression opportunity.

What you'll need to succeed

Our client seeks a building services professional with a mechanical or electrical bias. Candidates from consultancy, subcontractor, or main contractor backgrounds are welcome, provided they are comfortable communicating directly with stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of commercial aspects are required. Experience in education, commercial, or healthcare sectors is preferred.
