Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to join our growing Building Services team in the UK. You will contribute to mechanical building services designs from concept through to completion, working within a multidisciplinary environment.

You will support senior engineers, prepare calculations and drawings, and coordinate with architects and contractors, while developing your technical skills with AutoCAD, Revit, and IESVE.

Qualifications

• Experience within Mechanical Building Services Engineering.
• Knowledge of projects within sectors such as commercial, retail, residential, healthcare, or education.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (3D).
• Some knowledge of IESVE would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop technically.
• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and delivery of mechanical building services projects.
• Prepare engineering calculations, reports, specifications, and drawings.
• Coordinate designs with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
• Support project teams across all stages of design and construction.
• Attend project meetings and contribute technical input.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant standards and regulations.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of multiple projects across various sectors.
