Job summary

SER-IN is seeking Building Services Engineers for permanent, regional roles covering Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, North Hampshire and Surrey. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across sites, focusing on AHU maintenance, water flushing, light testing and plant room upkeep.

Applicants should have a strong commercial building services maintenance background, be based in a commutable area, hold a City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 in Electrical or Mechanical and possess a full UK driving

Qualifications

• Minimum of a City & Guilds/NVQ Mechanical or Electrical qualification (Level 2)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong multi-skilled background with client focus

Job description

Position: Building Services Engineer

Location: Marlow, High Wycombe, Slough, Reading and Guildford (No London work)

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £45,000 to £48,000 plus travel time, overtime and bonus

We are looking for a number of Building Services Engineers for full time, permanent positions covering the above areas.

These Building Services Engineers need to be Multi Skilled Engineers, dealing with planned and reactive maintenance on a regional basis (Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, North Hampshire and Surrey)

The right people for these positions will already have a strong commercial Building Services Maintenance background. They need to be holding a minimum of a NVQ/ City & Guilds Level 2 Electrical or Mechanical Qualification and have a full UK driving licence

The role will include Ahu maintenance, Water Flushing, Light testing, Plant room maintenance, Compliance checks etc

This Engineer will be based regional so will not be going into London

Requirements
