Job summary

SER Limited is seeking a qualified Electrical bias Building Services Engineer for a full-time, permanent role around the Basingstoke area. You will manage planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites within a 20 mile radius.

The right candidate will hold 18th Edition, be comfortable with mechanical work as well, and be able to join the on-call rota. A full UK driving licence is required, and a 2391 would be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Building Services Maintenance
• Must be electrical qualified with 18th Edition
• 2391 would be a major advantage
• Able to conduct mechanical maintenance
• Full UK driving licence
• Based in a short commute to Basingstoke
• Must be able to join the on call rota

Position: Electrical bias Maintenance Engineer

Location: Basingstoke (within a 20 mile radius)

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £44,000 to £48,000 (subject to experience level) plus travel time, overtime and bonus

We are looking for an experienced Electrical bias Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position based around the Basingstoke area

This Electrical bias Building Services Engineer will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites within a 20 mile radius of Basingstoke

The right person for this position will be a qualified electrician with their 18th Edition. It would be a major advantage if this person also had their test and inspect certificate

This is an electrical bias position, however we still require this engineer to be multi skilled dealing with mechanical maintenance as well as electrical
