Job summary

Osashi LTD in Greater London is seeking an Associate Director of Building Services Engineering to lead delivery of M&E services for commercial workplace fit-out and refurbishment projects. The role combines technical leadership, client relationship management and strategic business development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record delivering Cat A and Cat B schemes in fast-paced office environments, with Chartered status or progression toward it being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Extensive building services engineering experience in commercial office fit-out environments.
• Proven ability to deliver Cat A and Cat B schemes in fast-paced settings.
• Strong technical knowledge across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience in client management, project leadership and team development.
• Commercial acumen with experience in business development and fee management.
• Chartered status or working towards accreditation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of mechanical and electrical building services across fit-out projects.
• Oversee projects from design through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, PMs and contractors.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams to high design and delivery standards.
• Manage project budgets, fee proposals, resource planning and performance.
• Identify new business opportunities to grow the building services team.

We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Director of Building Services Engineering to join a leading consultancy, with a strong focus on commercial workplace fit-out and refurbishment projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established building services professional with extensive experience delivering Cat A and Cat B office fit-outs, who is looking to take on a senior leadership role combining technical delivery, client relationship management and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of mechanical and electrical building services engineering across commercial workplace fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Oversee projects from initial design through to construction, commissioning and handover.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, project managers and contractors.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams and ensure high standards of design and project delivery.
• Manage project budgets, fee proposals, resource planning and commercial performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the continued growth of the building services team.

The Ideal Candidate:
