Skilled Careers are assisting a leading multidisciplinary consultancy in London to recruit a Senior Associate or Associate Director for their MEP Building Services team. This role blends senior leadership with hands-on project delivery across a diverse portfolio of mechanical and electrical services.

You will mentor engineers, nurture client relationships and lead bids, while ensuring design excellence, commercial awareness and sustainable solutions.

Formación

• Significant experience within an MEP or Building Services consultancy.
• A strong technical background in mechanical or electrical building services engineering.
• Experience leading complex projects and managing client relationships.
• Commercial awareness, including fee management, project profitability and business development.
• The ability to lead, motivate and develop engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Chartered Engineer status or working towards chartership would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee the delivery of mechanical and electrical building services projects across a diverse portfolio.
• Provide technical leadership, ensuring high standards of design, coordination and quality.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and wider project stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and support bid preparation, fee proposals and business development activities.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate or Associate Director to join the London team of a leading, highly regarded multidisciplinary consultancy.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Services professional to take on a senior leadership role within an established MEP team, contributing to the delivery of high-profile projects while helping drive business growth, develop client relationships and mentor the next generation of engineers.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the continued growth of the London MEP team, combining strong technical expertise with commercial awareness, project leadership and a passion for delivering innovative, sustainable engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
