Building Services Account Manager

Specializing in M&E / Facilities Management, based in Central London on a single contract.

Our client is a well-established property and real estate organization with high-profile commercial M&E and Facilities Management accounts across the UK and globally. Due to internal restructuring, they seek an experienced and dynamic Account Manager/Director for a prestigious commercial client in Central London. The role involves delivering a 5-star service, managing M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability, and soft services in a high-profile building.

The team comprises approximately 25 staff, including supervisory, engineering, and contract support/facilities teams, with direct liaison with the on-site client. The salary is in the range of £75,000 - £85,000, depending on experience.

Candidates should have at least five years of managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in commercial environments, with experience managing Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients. Technical background is not mandatory due to a strong engineering team, but additional training such as ILM Level 3-5, IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, or MIBFM is desirable.

Key responsibilities include:
