Our client is a well-established and growing property and real estate organization, managing high-profile commercial M&E and Facilities Management accounts across the UK and globally. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager/Director for a prestigious commercial client based in Central London. This role involves delivering a 5-star service, managing M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability, and soft services within a high-profile building.

The successful candidate will oversee a team of approximately 25 staff, including supervisory, engineering, and support staff, liaising directly with the on-site client. The salary is in the range of £75,000 to £85,000, complemented by a bonus scheme, pension, and opportunities for training and career development within the market-leading building services and facilities management sector.

Requirements include at least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in a commercial environment, with experience in managing Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients. While a technical background is not mandatory due to a strong engineering team, additional training such as ILM Level 3-5, IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, or MIBFM is desirable.
