Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Building Services Account Director to manage M&E / Facilities Management accounts. The role is based in Kingston upon Hull and involves overseeing a team of approximately 25 staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services across a commercial property portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a team of 25 staff, including supervisory and engineering personnel
• Handling budget responsibilities, with a P&L of circa £2.5 million
• Delivering planned and reactive M&E maintenance
• Engaging with multiple stakeholders and ensuring client satisfaction
• Ensuring compliance through regular auditing
• Implementing energy and sustainability initiatives
• Identifying opportunities for project works and improvements
• Planning for succession and team development

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in a commercial setting, with strong leadership and client management skills. Relevant certifications such as Level 3-5 Leadership, IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, or MIBFM are desirable.
