Job Title: Building Services Account Manager

Overview:

Our client is a well-established property and real estate organization with high-profile M&E and Facilities Management accounts across the UK and globally. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager / Director for a prestigious commercial client based in Central London.

Location:

Central London

Key Details:

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Contract: Single high-profile building
• Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of approximately 25 staff, including supervisory, engineering, and support staff
• Deliver high-quality M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability initiatives, and soft services
• Ensure compliance through regular auditing
• Engage with multiple stakeholders
• Manage budget responsibilities, including a circa £2.5 million P&L
• Identify opportunities for project works and continuous improvement
• Implement succession planning and staff development

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in a commercial setting
• Experience managing Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients
• Strong man-management skills
• Desirable: Additional training such as ILM Level 3-5, IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, MIBFM
