Building Service Engineer / Multi Skilled Engineer – Based in Luton

• Are you looking for a role where you get to work in the Bedfordshire area for the majority of your time?
• Are you looking to gain new qualifications?

Our client a specialist in the Facility Management sector working on commercial sites in the South West area are looking for Building Service Engineers / Multi Skilled Engineers to join a team of 6 and carry out PPM, Re-Active or Installation work on commercial sites (mainly offices) in the Luton Area.

To apply the Building Service Engineer / Multi Skilled Engineer will require the following

• 5+ years’ experience working on commercial sites carrying out PPM, Re-Active and installation work.
• Have a qualification biased in Electrical, Mechanical (plumbing) or AC.
• Be comfortable carrying out basic remedial and reactive work across all services
• Full driving license (sites will require a degree of travel in the immediate area)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision whether independently or as a pair.
• Have experience being on an On-Call rota

The Building Service Engineer / Multi Skilled Engineer will receive specific training across all disciplines, be part of a 1 in 7 rota (after probation) and will also be able to manage their own workload allowing you to maintain a healthy work/life balance.
