Job Title: Building Services Engineer

Location: Heathrow Airport

We are currently seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer to manage the maintenance of plant rooms and HVAC systems across a prestigious corporate building at Heathrow Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage plant rooms and HVAC systems to high standards.
• Complete all planned maintenance tasks on time and to a high standard.
• Identify and report defects, keeping the client informed of site activities.
• Troubleshoot building management systems (BMS), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), Air Handling Units (AHUs), Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF), and Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) systems.
• Mechanical plumbing experience is a plus.
• Participate in the on-call rota and respond to emergencies as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Full current driving license
• Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and Permits to Work
• Ability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to operate a mobile device effectively.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently and in a team.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Mechanical Engineering qualifications.
• FGAS certification.

Experience:

• Experience in maintenance or facilities management is preferred.
