Job summary

Sheffield City Council's Building Safety service is seeking an Operations and Development Manager to lead and develop teams, oversee delivery of building safety programmes and drive performance.

You will manage budgets, workloads and resources, develop policies and maintain robust assurance and compliance, working with regulators, contractors and council colleagues to improve services for residents.
