Job summary

Beacon is seeking an experienced Building Safety Manager to lead compliance programmes for its homes, including asbestos, water hygiene and LOLER. You will oversee statutory compliance, contractor management, risk monitoring and performance, and budget oversight to ensure safe, well-maintained residences.

The role requires strong knowledge of statutory landlord compliance and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams to sustain best practices in building safety.

Qualifications
