Your Housing Group is seeking a Building Safety Manager on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This regional role combines home working with regular travel to the portfolio’s buildings, providing building safety leadership and regulatory compliance.

You’ll maintain Building Safety Case information, manage Golden Thread data, oversee remediation from safety assessments and engage with residents, contractors and regulators to ensure safe, compliant homes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing building safety within high-rise/complex residential buildings.
• Strong understanding of Building Safety Acts and related guidance.
• Experience managing Building Safety Cases and Golden Thread information.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with internal and external partners.
• Commitment to resident safety and engaging residents in safety matters.

Responsabilités

• Maintain Building Safety Case information and Golden Thread data.
• Oversee remediation actions arising from fire and building safety assessments.
• Lead on development and maintenance of Building Safety Cases and Golden Thread information.
• Collaborate with Building & Fire Safety Lead, Head of Compliance & Building Safety and colleagues.
• Engage residents and ensure regulatory compliance and informed decisions.
