Job summary

Russell Taylor Group, based in Bristol, is seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to join its Building Consultancy & Design team. You will coordinate projects from initial instruction through procurement and delivery, supporting Building Surveyors, Project Managers and designers to keep information moving and clients informed.

The role offers a circa £40,000 salary with an extensive benefits package and a clear path for progression within a respected multidisciplinary consultancy.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects within property, construction or professional consultancy environments.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation, reports, and information across multiple live projects.
• Support budget, expenditure, invoicing and procurement processes.
• Attend project and client meetings, preparing minutes and driving actions through to completion.
