Job summary

NHS Scotland Borders Estates & Facilities Department is seeking an Estates Team Lead – Building Operations. The role is fixed term for 12 months, 36 hours per week, based at Borders General Hospital in Melrose with flex across the Scottish Borders to support acute and primary health care facilities.

The successful candidate will lead a team of in-house trades and external contractors, manage building maintenance and minor works programmes, and drive changes with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading building operations teams within healthcare estates.
• Knowledge of building maintenance programmes and minor works.
• Full driving licence required.
