Building Manager Richmond - £40k

Were working with an established Property Consultancy who are looking to hire a Building Manager for a Grade 2 listed site in Richmond as follows :

  • An excellent opportunity for EITHER a Building Manager OR an Assistant Property Manager looking to focus on a single site
  • Part site, part office based (3 days on site in Richmond, 2 days in the office in Kingston) working Mon-Fri 9.30am to 6pm in both cases
  • Scope to take on an additional Building or two over time, essentially creating a small but high-quality portfolio of luxury sites
  • The initial development is a prestigious, Grade 2 listed block containing 60 apartments, known for its heritage, luxury and exceptional standards
  • Youll undertake the full range of Building Management duties, from on-site staff management (Concierge, Cleaners etc.) through to contractor oversight, resident liaison, and wider financial input (advising on Service Charge budget revisions as required)
  • Excellent H&S knowledge essential, alongside staff management experience and a genuine commitment to 5 service
