We’re proud to be recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client for an exceptional Building Manager to join a high-performing team at a prime commercial mixed-use asset in West London.

Working directly for the landlord, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of this dynamic and well-located estate. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on and detail-focused property professional looking to take ownership of a high-profile building and deliver operational excellence.

• Lead the delivery of building operations, ensuring full compliance, health & safety, and risk management are met to the highest standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with occupiers through regular tenant liaison and a focus on service excellence
• ️ Oversee all contractor management activities, ensuring high standards and value-for-money service delivery
• Assist with the preparation and management of service charge budgets, including forecasting and reporting
• Manage and support a small on-site team, fostering a collaborative and professional working culture
• ️ Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders, including asset managers, service partners, and consultants
• Identify opportunities to improve building performance, sustainability, and occupier experience
• Previous experience managing commercial buildings, ideally within a mixed-use or estate environment
• Strong knowledge of building compliance, statutory regulations, and health & safety legislation
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven success in tenant and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with service charge budget management and reporting
• Confident in leading contractor relationships and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
• Self-motivated, organised, and professional – with a passion for operational excellence

Salary upto £45,000 + enhanced pension 9.5%, private medical and dental, bonus scheme and WFH 1x a week after you have passed probation
