This is a unique opportunity to be the on-site representative for ownership, delivering exceptional service standards and driving asset performance in collaboration with a best-in-class property management team.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing, service-led environment and has experience in commercial real estate, front-of-house operations, or tenant engagement. You will play a crucial role in fostering tenant relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting long-term asset value.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Tenant Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, creating a premium front-of-house experience and cultivating a thriving occupier community.
• Operational Oversight: Collaborate with the property management team to align building operations with ownership goals and maintain best-in-class service standards.
• Leasing & Market Engagement: Support leasing activity, contribute to tenant attraction strategies, and maintain a strong presence in the local commercial market.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Build and nurture relationships with brokers, agents, and occupiers to support tenant retention and asset performance.
• Reporting & Market Intelligence: Deliver actionable insights on local market trends, occupier demands, and competitor activity to guide asset strategy.
• Community Activation: Promote the brand of the asset through curated events and initiatives that create a vibrant and engaging workplace environment.

• Experience in a front-of-house, hospitality, or property management role within commercial real estate.
