Job summary

Clear. is seeking an experienced BEMS Commissioning Engineer for the Northern team. The role centers on BEMS commissioning, fault finding and controls with a focus on Trend, Schneider or Sigma platforms. A full UK driving licence is required and on-site presence is expected.

The package includes £50,000–£60,000 salary, a company car or allowance, an annual bonus, private healthcare for you and your family, local travel where possible, and BCIA training with strong progression opportunities.

£50,000 – £60,000 + package

I’m working with a growing BEMS business looking to add an experienced Commissioning Engineer to their Northern team.

If you’re strong on BEMS commissioning, fault finding and controls, this could be worth a conversation.

• 3+ years’ BEMS commissioning experience

• Strong HVAC & controls knowledge
• BACnet / Modbus / LonWorks experience
• Full UK driving licence
