Job summary

Clear. is seeking a BEMS Commissioning Engineer to join the Northern team. The role involves on-site commissioning, fault finding and fine-tuning of building management systems.

You should have 3+ years of BEMS commissioning experience, with knowledge of Trend, Schneider and/or Sigma, and strong HVAC and controls understanding. A full UK driving license is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BEMS commissioning experience.
• Experience with Trend, Schneider and/or Sigma.
• Strong HVAC and controls knowledge; BACnet/Modbus/LonWorks experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead BEMS commissioning projects in the northern region.
• Troubleshoot faults and optimise control sequences.
