Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking an experienced BEMS Commissioning Engineer to join our Northern team. You will lead commissioning, fault finding and controls work on BEMS projects, applying your HVAC and building automation expertise.

The role requires 3+ years of BEMS commissioning, familiarity with Trend, Schneider or Sigma, BACnet/Modbus/LonWorks, and a valid UK driving licence. Competitive salary and benefits on offer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' BEMS commissioning experience.
• Experience with Trend, Schneider and/or Sigma.
• Strong HVAC and controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead BEMS commissioning on projects and resolve faults.
• Travel locally to sites within the North region as needed.

I'm working with a growing BEMS business looking to add an experienced Commissioning Engineer to their Northern team.
