Building Maintenance Technician
Full-Time or Part-Time | On-Site | Spectrum Marketing Companies – Manchester, NH

Spectrum Marketing Companies is a leader in the print and marketing industry, and we’re on the lookout for a skilled, reliable, and self-motivated Building Maintenance Technician to keep our facilities in top shape. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a multi-talented handyman (or handywoman!), we want someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys variety in their day.

What You’ll Do:

· Perform routine inspections and maintenance on HVAC systems (filters, condensate lines, pumps)

· Maintain lighting throughout the building, including ballasts and fixture replacements

· Carry out basic carpentry, plumbing, and general repairs

· Support press operators with equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs

· Order and manage parts and supplies inventory

· Maintain relationships with vendors and schedule service calls when necessary

· Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, purchases, and costs

· Monitor propane tank levels for forklift use

· Jump into other facility-related tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

· Strong knowledge of general building maintenance

· Ability to work independently and efficiently

· Attention to detail and a “do it right the first time” attitude

· Comfortable using hand and power tools safely

· Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures

· Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work

· Clear verbal and written communication skills

Physical Requirements:

· Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and standing

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

· Manual dexterity for tool use and computer entry
