You will be responsible for

As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include a wide range of tasks. To succeed, you should:

• Confidently interact with external contractors: Coordinate repairs seamlessly.
• Work collaboratively with the team: Be a great colleague who understands the importance of quality service.
• Sustain high energy levels: Juggle tasks efficiently.
• Assist the management team: Keep stores operating smoothly by maintaining equipment and facilities.
• Minimize customer disruption: Coordinate repairs with minimal impact on customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all Tesco sites are safe and functional environments for customers and colleagues.
• Following the planned work schedule to achieve first-time fix, improving efficiency.
• Working closely with team members, sharing best practices.
• General store and property maintenance.
• Using mobile devices to update work progress.
• Representing Tesco’s core values and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Attending meetings and providing feedback.
• Supporting a diverse and inclusive culture.

Requirements

We seek enthusiastic individuals with experience in maintenance, engineering, or construction. Candidates should be digitally confident, using tablets for work schedules and emails.

• ONC or equivalent qualification
• Full driving license
