Annual salary: up to £45,000.00

You'll oversee the delivery of planned, cyclical, and responsive repairs across tenanted properties, ensuring works are completed to high standards of quality, safety, and customer care.
This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring strong operational oversight, excellent communication, and a commitment to service excellence. You'll manage trades and subcontractors, carry out inspections, and ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
