Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Multi-skilled Engineer with an Electrical bias to join us on a static site providing maintenance services. The role involves electrical and mechanical disciplines, offering both reactive and proactive maintenance to operational equipment.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining plant and equipment to ensure reliability and maintainability.
• Providing a service that meets key performance indicators.
• Supervising contractors as needed.
• Completing log book paperwork and job close-outs using a handheld device.
• Ensuring tasks are performed to high standards and in line with company policies.
• Reporting deficiencies that may affect service, safety, or environment.
• Maintaining personal safety and diligence.

Qualifications and Skills:

• NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance (Multi-discipline).
• 17th/18th edition wiring regulations.
• Knowledge of building statutory compliance.
• Ability to read technical drawings, problem-solve, and communicate effectively.

This position requires attending call-outs on a rota basis. The role is based at a Police Station, requiring enhanced security vetting. An immediate start is not available.
