Mobile Handyman / Maintenance Engineer 35K – London

My client is looking for a Handyman / Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding company. The engineer will be working on commercial sites such as retail shops, bakeries, and gyms.

They offer nationwide coverage to their customers, with engineers based across the UK. Some working and staying away will be necessary as required.

Responsibilities include:

• Door repairs & locks
• Retail PPM Maintenance
• Basic plumbing
• Re-lamping
• Basic electrics
• Carpentry
• Emergency Light Testing
• Fire Alarm Testing
• Small Installations
• Painting & decorating

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the maintenance industry.

Position Requirements

• Live within the London / M25 orbital region and be willing to travel and stay away when needed.
• Full clean driving license.
• Recognized trade qualifications are a bonus but not essential.

Package

• Salary: 35K depending on experience
• 40-hour work week
• Travel paid for nationwide works (D2D)
• Travel paid after 1 hour EW for London & M25 works
• Company pension scheme after 3 months
