Job description

Static Electrical / Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer.

The role is based on a large commercial site in Thatcham, working for a medium-sized building services management company.

This position is for an experienced Electrical / Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer. As the site maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for all aspects of building maintenance.

You will not work alone on site; instead, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Site Engineer / Supervisor, who will provide training and support to handle all day-to-day maintenance issues.

You should have a background in electrical work and possess relevant electrical qualifications.

Your role will involve working closely with the client to address reactive issues and follow the preventative maintenance plan.

This role suits an Electrician with experience working on static sites and handling various daily maintenance tasks. You will work alongside the senior engineer and serve as a main point of contact for the client and subcontractors.
