Job summary

Facilities Management Intrapreneur Ltd in Marylebone, London, is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our onsite team. You will work Monday to Friday from 1pm to 10pm, with one Saturday per month 8am to 5pm, performing PPM tasks and general handyman duties across client floors.

Key duties include flushing, water heater servicing, FCU checks, DB board inspections, emergency light testing, room setups, porterage, and supporting events.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition electrical qualification required.
• Legionella awareness trained.
• IPAF and PASMA certification.
• IOSH certified.
• Simmtronic lighting system training.

Responsibilities

• Undertake standard PPMs, including flushing, tap temps, POU water heater servicing, expansion vessel checks, calorifier checks, FCU servicing, DB board inspections, weekly tests and emergency light checks.
• General handyman tasks across the client’s floors.
• Room furniture setups for meetings and events.
• Porterage duties as required.
