Qualifications

• Hold membership of RICS, CABE or equivalent (or qualified by suitable experience).
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and analyze complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive site inspections and regulatory assessments.
• Supervise inspection activities and enforce regulatory compliance.
• Prepare detailed compliance documentation and provide consultancy services.
