You will inspect sites, advise on regulatory requirements, and work with architects, builders and developers to ensure code-compliant buildings.

Qualifications

• Membership of RICS, CABE or equivalent and RBI registration at 3G/3H.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Self-starting problem-solver with ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and assess compliance with Building Regulations and fire/safety requirements.
• Supervise inspection activities and enforce regulatory compliance as RBI in your class.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and regulatory documentation for local authority approvals.
