Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities relating to building fabric maintenance.
• Ensure your team are working to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements.
• Co-ordinate labour (direct and subcontract) to ensure delivery of Planned and Reactive Maintenance services, including managing resources during periods of sickness and holiday.
• Undertake routine and ad-hoc audits of both planned and reactive works to ensure high standards of compliance and quality.
• Manage employees within a service environment, including appraisals, performance reviews, training and development planning, whilst supporting continual improvement of service delivery.

Role Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

• -Full, current driving licence.
• -Background in facilities or mobile maintenance within a construction or similar environment.
• -Qualified to Level 2 or Level 3 City & Guilds.
• -NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
• -HND, NVQ or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject, with previous experience in a similar role and strong communication and IT skills.
