Job summary

Prem Group is seeking a Technical Consultant based in Horndean to diagnose roofing, cladding and façade issues on live client sites, turning technical knowledge into commercial outcomes. You will build long-term client relationships, develop scopes of work, and contribute to pricing and project conversion.

Qualifications

• Background in construction or building surveying.
• Experience in estimating or project management.
• Experience in technical sales within construction.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site inspections and identify building envelope issues.
• Diagnose problems and develop practical, compliant solutions.
• Build scopes of work and support pricing.
• Manage client relationships and pipeline.
• Identify follow-on works and new opportunities.
• Work closely with estimating and delivery teams.
• Convert opportunities into live projects.
