Job summary

Bradford Council is seeking a fully qualified Building Control Surveyor to join the career structure at the upper scales. You will work on Building Regulations, Dangerous Structures and safety at sports grounds, with a varied workload and professional development opportunities.

Candidates must be an Associate/Corporate member of RICS, ABE, CIOB (or equivalent) and be RBI licensed to Class 2A, progressing to 2F.

Qualifications

• Qualified Building Control Surveyor with professional registration.
• Demonstrable experience at a professional, technical level for a Building Control Body.
• Licensed with Building Safety Regulator as RBI (Class 2A, progressing to 2F).

Responsibilities
