Job summary

Synechron is seeking a hands-on Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance modern business applications in an AI-assisted delivery environment. You will collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into secure, scalable solutions.

You will develop production-grade SPAs, build APIs and services in C#/.NET, and use Power Apps Code Apps within the Microsoft Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Professional experience developing Single Page Applications using modern component-based frameworks.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET, including API and service development.
• Practical experience with asynchronous programming, application layering, dependency management and integrations.
• Hands-on experience delivering Power Apps Code Apps.
• Familiarity with the wider Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of automated testing, code review, debugging and quality engineering practices.
• Understanding of secure development, access control, data protection and secrets management.
• Experience with source control, branching, CI/CD, environment promotion and release processes.
• Experience working across the full software development lifecycle in an Agile or iterative environment.

Knowledge of secure API architectures and enterprise integration patterns. Experience creating reusable components, engineering standards or development guidance. Experience supporting colleagues through peer reviews or technical collaboration. Please note: This is an engineering‑led role and requires practical SPA and C#/.NET development experience. Candidates with configuration‑only or low‑code‑only experience will not meet the requirements.
