Job summary

Synechron is seeking a hands-on Software Engineer to design and develop modern business applications in an AI-assisted delivery environment. You will work with product owners, designers, architects, and engineers to translate requirements into secure, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities include building SPAs, API/services in C#/.NET, and code-first Power Apps Code Apps. You will integrate with enterprise APIs, apply responsive design and secure coding practices, and participate in reviews

Qualifications

Proven SPA development experience with modern component-based frameworks.
Hands-on C# / .NET development including API/services.
Experience with asynchronous programming and application layering.
Experience delivering Power Apps Code Apps and familiarity with Power Platform.
Knowledge of automated testing, code review, debugging and quality engineering.
Understanding of secure development, access control and data protection.
Experience with source control, CI/CD, and release processes.
Experience in Agile or iterative development environments.
Ability to use AI-assisted engineering tools while maintaining code quality.
Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production-grade SPAs.
Build APIs, services, and business logic with C#/.NET.
Design and deliver code-first solutions using Power Apps Code Apps.
Integrate applications with enterprise APIs and data sources.
Apply responsive design, accessibility, performance, and maintainable coding practices.
Implement validation, logging, error handling and automated testing.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, deployment, and operations support.
Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery while ensuring quality.
Contribute to engineering standards and patterns.
