Job summary

Drive Recruiting Limited in Central London seeks an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee day-to-day management of a Build to Rent portfolio. You will ensure properties are well-maintained, compliant, and delivering high-quality resident experiences.

You will manage contractor relationships, financial oversight and performance reporting, while building strong client and resident relationships and driving asset performance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in residential property management.
• Experience managing Build to Rent, PRS or large residential portfolios.
• Track record of delivering client-facing reports and performance updates.
• Experience handling complex resident inquiries and escalated issues.
• Oversight of contractors and external service partners to ensure value for money.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational management of a Build to Rent portfolio, ensuring high standards of maintenance and service.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain resident satisfaction and performance.
• Act as main client point of contact, providing regular portfolio updates and recommendations.
• Prepare and present operational performance reports, feedback, financial data, and risks.
• Manage client expectations and respond proactively to requests and improvements.
• Handle complex resident inquiries and escalate appropriately for timely resolutions.
• Monitor budgets, service charges, contractor costs, and performance metrics.
• Analyse portfolio data to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Maintain accurate property records, compliance docs, and resident information.
• Support audits and compliance reviews with complete documentation.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, service partners, and internal stakeholders.
