Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Build to Rent Business Development Consultant to drive growth across the South and London, expanding advertiser base and revenue in a leadership-enabled role. You will manage your own territory, coach teammates, and build strong industry relationships.

You will work with Sales, Product and Marketing to maximize opportunities, represent OTM at events, and translate market data into client value. This is a strategic senior position with UK-wide impact.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of sales success in a B2B environment.
• Experience selling online marketplaces, portals or property-related solutions is highly desirable.
• Leadership experience with coaching and developing a sales team.
• Strong Build to Rent sector knowledge with operators, investors, asset managers and developers.
• Demonstrable success in winning new business and growing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Build to Rent team across South and London.
• Identify opportunities to grow advertisers, revenue and market share.
• Manage your sales target, territory and client portfolio.
• Recruit, onboard and develop new team members.
• Generate new business opportunities and win Build to Rent clients from OTM.
