Disrupt Talent is recruiting for a Warehouse Manager in Lichfield to lead a brand-new, on-site warehouse for exhibition and live events. You will manage goods in/out, returns, and inventory across three local sites, driving setup of processes and layout as the operation scales.

The role involves forklift work and ensuring ISO 9001 and health and safety compliance. You should be highly organized, practical, and ready to influence a growing team while coordinating deliveries and international

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar warehouse role
• Forklift licence and UK driving licence
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and health & safety standards
• Understanding of import/export procedures (training provided)
• Proficiency with inventory software and basic IT skills
• Highly organized, hands-on, with strong communication and team skills

Responsabilités

• Manage goods in, goods out and returns; keep inventory system up to date
• Ensure orders are picked, packed and ready for exhibitions and events
• Oversee stock across three sites with transfers by car
• Book collections and deliveries; operate forklift
• Lead warehouse team; enforce health and safety and ISO 9001 compliance
