Job summary

Butlin's is seeking an Hotel Dining Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day management of a busy resort food court within the hotel dining section. You will help lead teams, ensure safe, efficient and high-quality service, control costs and deliver an outstanding guest dining experience in line with brand standards.

You will supervise and support supervisors and team members on shift, assist with rota planning, training and recruitment, and promote a positive, safe culture while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume food service operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation of hotel dining and outlets.
• Lead shift briefings and manage staffing to meet demand and budget.
• Monitor service flow, resolve issues, and maintain standards.
• Assist with stock control, waste reduction and cost saving initiatives.
• Liaise with kitchen and other teams and deputise for the manager when required.
