Job summary

Butlin’s Skegness is seeking an experienced Buffet Chef to lead the Buffets team in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You’ll oversee the section, train junior chefs, and ensure service runs smoothly while maintaining food safety standards.

Breakfast and dinner shifts, 35 hours per week over 5 days (including weekends); live-in accommodation may be available for those relocating, subject to DBS.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a busy, high-volume kitchen environment.
• Ability to lead and mentor kitchen staff.
• Commitment to high standards and food safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Buffets team to deliver consistent, high-quality food.
• Oversee daily operation of your section with the Junior Kitchen Manager.
• Ensure compliance with food safety policies and cost controls.
