Job summary

CompassRock is seeking a proactive Leasing Agent to join our centralised leasing team in London. You will promote luxury units, conduct tours, and drive lease signings while managing leads through HubSpot CRM.

The role emphasizes outbound sales, resident experience, and collaboration with management to implement marketing strategies. Ideal candidates will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a commitment to resident satisfaction in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience with KPI targets.
• Strong communication and client relation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with residential leasing or tenancy regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote high-end units, conduct property tours and drive lease signings.
• Use CRM to manage leads, follow-ups and track progress.
• Coordinate in-person and virtual viewings for prospective residents.
• Progress applications through to tenancy documentation and renewal processes.
• Monitor market trends and KPIs to meet leasing targets.
